Shipping policy
You will have up to 5 days after confirmation email has been sent to retrieve your items. If you do not retrieve your items in the said time frame, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded. You will then have to place the order again.
There is a 1-2-day PROCESSING TIME before your order is shipped. All packages are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS) with 2-4 business days delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. All tracking numbers are sent via email.
*Please note that processing times does NOT include weekends or holidays.
Returned Mail/ Undelivered items
If your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost. Only exception if Jah A'maru is at fault.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Under no condition is Jah A'maru responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS customer service if tracking number list the package as delivered and you did not receive it.
If you put the wrong address on your order, if possible please cancel it before it is shipped and reorder with the correct address. We are not responsible if customer fails to verify correct address.
Local Delivery
When purchasing online, local pickups/delivery are available for customers located in Jacksonville and Orange Park, Florida ONLY under the local delivery tab. Order pickup and local delivery is available 24 hours after order has been confirmed. After order is placed, we will contact you by email to arrange pickup or local delivery. Please note local pickup/delivery is done Monday through Friday 12pm to 8pm . If your item(s) are needed before the 24 hours timeline, feel free to contact us(@amaruapparrel on Instagram).If the above time frame doesn't work for you please select shipping.
